Terms and Conditions

1. Provider and scope

These terms govern the use of applyfast.io, operated by DeDo Studios UG, Kruskastraße 2, 38855 Wernigerode, Germany. They apply to all contracts between us and the user.

2. Service

We revise a CV provided by the user to fit a job advertisement and deliver the result as a PDF and DOCX file. No qualifications are invented; we process exclusively the content supplied by the user.

3. No guarantee of success

We do not promise a job offer or any response from employers. Our readability check follows open best-practice criteria and is expressly not a simulation of real HR or applicant-tracking systems.

4. Formation of contract

Creating and previewing a CV is free of charge. A paid contract is formed when the user completes a purchase to unlock the download. Access is valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.

5. Price and payment

The download is unlocked via a one-time payment at the price shown before purchase. Payment is processed by our payment service provider; the user is responsible for providing valid payment details.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once performance begins, provided the user has expressly consented to this and acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. Before unlocking the download, the user gives this consent.

7. User responsibilities

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the content they provide and for reviewing the result before sending it to third parties. The user warrants that they hold the necessary rights to the uploaded content.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Otherwise liability is excluded.

9. Affiliate links

Some pages may contain links to third-party learning platforms marked as advertising. If you make a purchase via such a link, we may receive a commission. There is no additional cost to you, and recommendations are made independently of any commission.

10. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the user's country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract stays in effect.
